At Golden Links Lodge we believe that volunteers who are properly selected, oriented, trained, assigned and supervised, can personalize resident care, supplement the role of paid staff and enhance public relations of Golden Links Lodge. The Volunteer Program is responsible for the Administration and Co-ordination of Volunteer Services for the purpose of enhancing the quality of services that Golden Links Lodge offers to the Residents and forming a link between Golden Links Lodge and the surrounding community.
The mission of the business office is to provide exceptional assistance to residents, families and staff to fulfill the needs of each while maintaining the commitment to excellent service and care for Golden Links Lodge. These services are provided in accordance with the policies and procedures of Golden Links Lodge to ensure sound fiscal responsibility is maintained at all times. The business office is dedicated to providing superior customer service to residents, families and staff, stakeholders, contractors, etc. with a focus on accuracy, accountability, availability, efficiency, professionalism and integrity.
